It began as three separate companies—Attaché Home Care & Rental Services, National Capital Management (NCM), and TMS Associates (East). NCM acquired Attaché in the mid-1980s, and in 1993, both Attaché and NCM were purchased by the current owners, followed by TMS East in 1997.
