The story of Grans began long before the brand itself. Our CEO, Mansoor Ahmed Jan, comes from a family with deep roots in the desi gurr (jaggery) trade, going back to 1983 in the Charsadda region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistan. Inspired by the values of his ancestors, Mansoor launched Grans with a vision to spread authentic, chemical-free food across Pakistan.
The name “Grans” comes from a Pashto word meaning “beloved” and “rare”, which perfectly reflects the spirit of our brand—cherished food made with care, available nowhere else in such purity.

Our Desi Ghee is made from pure, natural milk collected from cows grazing in the herbal-rich mountains of Swat. These cows are raised with love and without any hormones or artificial feed. Using age-old methods and handcrafting by women, we turn this milk into real, homemade desi ghee—free from any artificial fragrance or coloring. You get nothing but the real deal in every bucket.
Our farms and jaggery production units are located in Hajiabad, Charsadda—a peaceful village with clean air, rich soil, and a perfect climate. We grow our own sugarcane, maize, and other crops using traditional farming methods, free from pesticides and GMOs.
Every step of our process—from growing to harvesting, to processing and packaging—is carefully monitored to ensure quality, hygiene, and sustainability.
