In May 2016, the hospital was acquired by the Usman Memorial Hospital Foundation and underwent extensive renovations, upgrades, and expansion from 2016 to 2018. The entire facility was transformed, with state-of-the-art equipment introduced across radiology, operating theatres, CSSD, laboratories, and blood bank services.

Founded on May 12, 2016, the Usman Memorial Hospital Foundation operates as a Charitable Trust under the Trust Act of 1882. Its mission is rooted in serving humanity to earn the pleasure of Almighty Allah. UMH is the Foundation’s flagship project, managed on a not-for-profit basis, reflecting its core values of compassion and service.

Future Vision: The Foundation has ambitious plans for UMH, including:
